Who is Bryant Payden?

Hi, I’m Bryant Payden, owner and photographer with Northern Virginia Real Estate Photography.

First impressions are everything in real estate. You have just a few seconds to capture the attention and interest of potential homebuyers, and it all hinges on how appealing the photographs are in your listing.

As an experienced architecture and real estate photographer, I understand how to best capture images of your client’s home that get prospective buyers in the door. Taking into consideration things like lighting, the time of day, furniture placement, and vantage point of the photographs, I can make the smallest room appear to be open and inviting.

I’ve been a professional photographer since 1995, however I’ve had a camera in my hand ever since I was a young child. Both of my parents were photographers, and as a Navy family I’ve been able to travel and practice my photography skills almost my entire life.

We always strive for perfection with every project and place an emphasis on education and staying current with photography trends. We also spend a great deal of time giving back to the photography community through mentorships and working with emerging artists to improve their craft and prepare for a career in photography.

While I’m based in Washington DC and Hampton Roads, Virginia, I have traveled extensively both in the US and abroad for clients, and look forward to working with you to exceed all your professional photographic needs no matter the location.

Most of our work in Virginia is centered around Manassas, Fairfax, Haymarket, Bristow, Gainesville, Virginia Beach and Loudoun County. I’m married and have three children, family is the most important thing in my life followed by my photography. We enjoy traveling as a family and experiencing new cultures, situations and experiences. I’m also very passionate about music, the arts and college football.
